Baptist Gives Back Through Community Outreach
Baptist Memorial Health Care invests in the communities it serves through community programming, partnerships and sponsorships. These initiatives allow us to care for the most pressing health needs in our region while also extending health care to underserved, uninsured and vulnerable members of our community.
Baptist Healthy Communities
Baptist Healthy Communities provides health care resources to community organizations and church congregations of all faiths that have a vested interest in achieving a healthier community. This program helps remove barriers to medical care and fills the gap for many underserved, underinsured and uninsured members of the community by connecting them to affordable or free health care resources.
Baptist Operation Outreach
Baptist in collaboration with Christ Community Health Services, provides free acute and primary care, disease management support and prevention information to Memphians without permanent housing through a mobile health care clinic and a primary health care clinic location.
Baptist’s Charitable Giving Guidelines
Baptist supports community health needs and wellness initiatives through strategic in-kind and financial contributions. Grant requests are accepted between Jan. 1 and May 31 of each year.
